I ordered a palletizing machine on August 6, 2019 through the company's eshop worth 6990 BGN. We made a payment to Piraeus Bank in Greece and so far the company says that it has not received the money. Of course, we went to a lawyer for this legal case after 4 months and I'm still trying to get the money or the machine that was paid 6 months ago !!
