Mechanical Valve and Pump Packing: We offer a variety of packing materials including braided graphite, PTFE (Teflon), aramid fiber (Kevlar), carbon fiber, fiberglass, ceramic fiber, expanded PTFE (ePTFE), synthetic fibers such as GFO® or Gore® GFO®, as well as other specialty materials.

Metallic Gaskets: We manufacture metallic gaskets in various shapes such as ring type joint (RTJ) gaskets for flanges according to API 6A or ASME B16.20 standards; spiral wound gaskets with inner rings or without inner rings; corrugated metal gaskets; camprofile gasket with soft filler material like graphite or PTFE.

Fabricated Gaskets: We also fabricate non-metallic flat cut gasket from sheet material like compressed asbestos-free sheeting made from aramid fibers reinforced with NBR rubber binder; flexible graphite sheets reinforced with stainless steel foil insert; expanded graphite sheets reinforced with tanged stainless steel insert etc.

Specialized Fluid Sealing Products: In addition to our standard product line-up we also provide custom-made seals according to customer specifications. These include hydraulic seals made from polyurethane or nitrile rubber compounds that are used in hydraulic cylinders for mobile equipment applications like excavators or bulldozers etc.; rotary shaft seals made from elastomeric materials like Viton®, EPDM etc., which are used in pumps & motors where there is relative motion between two surfaces.
