The first one that put the Aranda grill chain in Madrid. The exquisite suckling lamb, the exquisite suckling pig, the exquisite grilled suckling lamb ribs. And what for me is the most exquisite dish I have ever tasted ... the braised suckling lamb kidneys with cognac ... Just thinking about it makes my mouth water And very important! The roast is always of the day. Recently made. Of the 50 times I have eaten there I have never been given a dry, thawed or reheated roast. This is really important because most grills cheat. They assure you that it is freshly made and then they bring you an overheated piece, burned and drier than a mojama ... Also the service is very good. They are professional, friendly and polite. I give this restaurant a 10. If you are a food lover and value quality above all else, go there. You will surely love it. If you are only concerned with eating cheaply and value restaurants for their price, don't come close. Because eating will cost between 30 and 50 per person.
