Poor performance by poor management. Everything is done quickly and corners are always cut. When mistakes are made they are hidden. No proper staff and "senior project managers" treat their employees like scum. they cannot keep employees because particular managers are disrespectful and verbally abusive to their workers.
Speak to any client they have worked for and they will agree.
Zero stars was not an option.
