They will tell you that they dont need you anymore because you're lacking of skill but you work so hard that you can do a work of two person but still you're lacking of skill even if you finish your job fast and help others on their department . But the real thing is they dont know how to speak in english thats why they kick me out . Discrimanation because im asian and cant speak spanish . You will tell me that you're layedoff and we will call you back when they have opening but almost a month still no call .
