Notary services minefield. Called to enquire about a notary service but conflicting information was too confusing and their prices fluctuated every time we spoke. Went elsewhere in Scarborough instead, much more professional and helpful.

Found them to very friendly and helpful at a time when I needed professional help. Would recommend them to anyone who may need their services.

Nick Dean is an outstanding solcitor first class service. Finally after 17 years a Solcitor who knows his stuff !!

Great service , finally a decent firm
Of solicitors .

John Taylor dealt with the conveyancing for both the selling of our property and purchase of our new house. It was a complicated move, due to unforeseen circumstances but, throughout the process, he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and knew the exact state of our file. Whilst he was away, his colleague Claire Ryder took over and she too was professional and communicative. It was easy to get hold of John and he really did guide us through a process that made us nearly lose our sanity at times, so I can't thank him enough!

Efficient, professional service from Peter Duffus. In a sensitive inheritance dispute, he was extremely personable and kept the whole process jargon free. Would thoroughly recommend

I had to get documents notarized. They were friendly and effecient. I was sad I had to pay 60 pounds but that is England compared to the States where it is free.

Rang them up to enquire about whether they could help with something ( the particular service was listed on their website).
The person I spoke to said, " Oh, thats something we dont deal with I am afraid." I said , " Well it says so on your website". The person hung up. I was seriously unimpressed.
