However, I felt that the staff could have been more attentive and personable. 👥 The therapists seemed knowledgeable, but lacked a friendly and engaging approach which made the therapy sessions feel a bit clinical. The facility was clean and well-maintained, 🧽 but the waiting area was a bit cramped and uncomfortable. Overall, the company offers decent services but could improve the overall customer experience to make it more welcoming and enjoyable for both children and parents. 🙇‍♀️👦
