Take off your hat. The solar water heater purchased from Amishragaz leaked and needed to be replaced. The problem is that the warranty has recently run out. Before the rule of law decided to replace the boiler as if it is the responsibility for payment as accepted by the electricity system. Really not obvious so I wholeheartedly recommend.
Promise to come and dont show up. They threatened to hang up on me because I dared to call and ask why that had not shown up for weeks after calling. No sympathy whatsoever. Very rude and condescending. The 4th time, over weeks, that I called they said they had no record of me calling and took my information as if it was the first time.

Sometimes I have to know a good word. I called the hotline on Friday morning after I discovered that I was out of gas and I did not have any way to cook food for Shabbat. The dispatcher said she would do anything she could to get me with a new balloon as soon as possible and that was how it was - it was not two hours before I went back to cooking. I managed to finish everything before Shabbos and for that you deserve great thanks!
