Typical Serbian company: good choice of goods, good prices, organization in chaos. No customer respect, no customer time respect, individual employees play on the phone or correspond while the customer watches it all. It's hard for the vast majority of employees to say good afternoon. They do not respond politely to the customer's response, but are outbid by the customer. In a word: a place to shop only if you do not have another place to shop. Introducing a little discipline and decency would greatly increase the firm's rating.
