I posted a box from Norway to Silvertown . The box arrived at Athlone Post Office almost 2 weeks ago and the recipient is still waiting for the pink slip they told her would arrive in her letterbox . How long must a package stay at the post office before you receive notification . That is very bad service considering she went to the Post Office to make enquiries and was told to wait for notification in the post .

This is one of the worst post offices in Cape Town. I m currently standing in a queue that is not moving for about 20 minutes. There is no sense of urgency and the tellers have time to make jokes. Absolutely pathetic.
