Altour Air

I had a mixed experience with Altour Air. The booking process was smooth and the prices were reasonable. However, the customer service was lacking. I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative, and they were not very helpful. The flight itself was comfortable and on time, but the in-flight entertainment options were limited. Overall, my experience with Altour Air was average.
