After 18 days of my Audi being in the shop they refuse to cover the malfunctioning component. They paid for 1/2 when 2 needed to be replaced so the vehicle is exactly as is when I dropped it off. They lied for 10 days saying an adjuster was going to come out until finally saying we won t cover it. Than acted like I should be happy they paid 1/2.
The claims process was easy and handled very quickly. However, I was told by the shop you only allowed so much for the cost of the part, and not the full price. So I had to come out of pocket an additional $210 on top of my $100 deductible. I didn't think that was right.
SCAM!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I wish i could rate them 0 stars. This company is a scam, at best i would say the are a ripoff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. Looking at their overall reviews on google leads me to believe they are paying for fake reviews.... they definitely arent spending their money on warranty claims, thats for sure. You elect to cover systems of your car such as a drivetrain or fuel system yet every single component of that system that needs repair youll hear "that specific part of your fuel system isnt covered by your fuel system coverage" and "oh that part of your drivetrain isnt covered by your drivetrain warranty". A fuel system warranty that doesnt cover an injector??? Really?? If any car mfg in this world offered a warranty like this, they would be out of business before they started. They definitely arent in the business of repeat customers.
Edit: Also- have fun letting them run you in circles giving you and the dealer completely different responses on your claim. "we are just waiting on the dealer to give us the info"...I was told this 4 times, the dealer called every time and was told "we arent covering anything and i told know why the customer is being told something different". They just try to run you around in circles to prevent actually paying for anything.
Alpha has been a great company. I have made two claims with them and have not had any problem with them doing their part.
Once Nissan got in touch with Alpha, they were quick to get everything set up. It is great to know I have a warranty company willing to really help me
This company is a joke
My mechanic and I were treated with little to no respect. Didn't paybwhatbthey should have didnt pay for the rental riemburment I had a rental for 3 weeks they sent me 70 dollars what a joke
Told my mechanic to not call and more and just email told him thatbif I hadn't called and bugged them so much it would gave been a smoother transaction as well as telling my mechanic ge could not speak to a manager
Excellent customer service over the phone when I called regarding my vehicle s extended warranty. The representative was extremely patient and kind and knowledgeable. I regret not writing down her name, but she lives in Utah and exhibited excellent customer service skills.

Don t fall for the front page promises without looking at the fine print of what is not covered. They will promise you that a transmission is covered and blah blah blah, and on page three it says we don t cover parts that are in the transmission WTF?

My first time using the warranty, I was expecting for them to pay a little more, for my repair. But hey!!! They paid for over half. Which differently helped to get me back on the road again.
