From my personal and most recent experience/opinion, I would not trust this place. At first, they seem sweet and will coordinate your assignment however, once you begin working they will begin calling you asking for information that the agency should provide to you as the contractor. It seemed like every time they contacted me they had unpleasant news such as: your insurance rates are going up for a lower benefit plan and you need to verify if you work this week so that your pay is not cutoff (instead of advising you months in advance so you can account for any delays in pay-thank TMH that didn't occur.) In addition, if you asked them something they did not know how to answer, you would often get told about other contractors of the company which is completely unprofessional. Also, they did not advise me of the steps needed for first time mothers and on top of telling me I have no coverage, they advised I would need to pay about $612 during the time I would be out to recover from childbirth, or work 30 hours a week to maintain minimal benefits. So glad to have been hired by the employer so I could get past these mishaps. They have officially put a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to agencies, as I am used to dealing with the employers directly. Word of advice, I know times are hard and we all need an income however, please consider taking a lower paying position as the higher rate offered may come with thousands of dollars worth of headache! Not worth it trust me!
