Super cool place for a concert. You can tell that they know what they are doing and have done it plenty of times before. Just wish that we could have taken the seats that were empty...no need in wasting good seats, right....think about it Enjoyed me time!

I really enjoy the Verizon arena as a concert venue. At times, it seems a bit more intimate than most other mega-arenas: often the stage is set up in a way that keeps everybody with seats at least able to see what is going on, no matter the location.

Drinks and concessions are pricey as always in arenas, but not overly ridiculous. Most beers are in the $7-8 range, not the $10-12 like elsewhere.

Parking isn't terrible, though it pays to arrive early. But that's pretty standard everywhere.

I had great seats for Tool, sounded good and hassle free all around.

Clean place, awesome shows. Saw Blink-182, food is expensive though.

The bathrooms are disgusting... The floors are sticky.... The lines for beverages are always long.... The seats in the arena need a serious upgrade... BUT... The performances are always great!

I mean, good bands play. Food and drink is bad and overpriced. Welcome to America.

Needs more parking spots close to the arena. Facility is always clean and good amount of security.

The arena itself is good and if is pretty easy to get in and out. The seats are comfortable as well. We went for a monster jam event with moderate crowds. The arena was like 1/3rd empty. The food is decent as well. It is like any other arena except for one major downside.

The parking is a nightmare! It is even more frustrating because they charge 20$ in Little Rock for event parking and there is absolutely no traffic management after the event. In Arkansas, 20$ for parking is like 100$ in other places like the east or west coast since parking in general is free or extremely cheap here. Imagine paying 100$ for parking for an event in Philadelphia or San Diego and getting stuck in horrible traffic within the parking lot for an hour because of poor traffic control!

It is better to park a few blocks out for free and come walking. Nobody told me this important thing before the event.

The arena was very nice, easy to navigate and the staff was very friendly.

Outrageously crowded. Overpriced consessions/parking. Almost not worth any event.

We watched Bon Jovi here. The lines were long for food, but once we ordered, delivery was very quick. I liked that they had tall strawberita drinks and that they are putting lids on them so they don't spill.

Seating got confusing. But over all it was an amazing experience.

I was very disappointed with the graduation experience. None of the parking was free not even for the graduates.

They 'ran out' of popcorn and the concessions were grossly overpriced.

Miranda Lambert & Jon Pardi were awesome! Great revenue with plent of space to move around. Only thing that would be better is not so many steep stairs.

Being 6'6" and 350 the upper section was not the place for me. I feel sorry for the lady who had a knee on both side of her head.

I was very pleased to see there was a good number of security at the last concert I attended. I felt pretty safe for the most part. Every time someone started acting a fool or smoking in the crowd, the security guards were on it in no time.

Great for Hard Rock concerts but they need to work on the PA system quality.

Beautiful arena. Perfect for concerts. Not a bad seat in the house. Very clean.

Lots of comfortable seating. Food vendors. Most seats give a good view of the stage. Video screens for additional views.

Concerts here suck if you get upper bowl seats but that's usually all us poor people can afford.

Parking is horrible. It's expensive and it's far from the arena.

Excellent venue and easy to navigate. The smoking areas are quite small, so be sure to make extra time if you want a cigarette break.

Security went quicker than thought it would. Our seats were easy to find and right inside and there was a bathroom close by which really come in handy trying to get my daughter to the bathroom quick enough she didn't miss her all time favorite band KISS come out.

Wish they had more entrances ope so we could have gotten closer to our graduate

Could be some better entrance for the handicapped. Going up the big hill to get in is miserable

So much fun. First time here. Great arena. It's small so easy to get around and find seats.

Home Show was good but could not believe how dirty the arena sitting area looked. It is embarrassing compared to concert arenas in other states.

You would think a building of this size would have at least decent parking. Very poor implementation. The money it makes this is inexcusable.

Not bad place to watch a show. Nicer than Bridgestone in Nashville but not as nice as FedEx forum in Memphis. Signage isnt that great and a little bit bottleneck getting in. Security equipment broken at some entrances.

Nice place to go and watch an event. Good food and easy to get around while inside. The parking isn't great.

The concert was more like a GIANT party! We really enjoyed it. Uncle Charlie still got it. Joe and Layla put it down as well. The venue, kinda disappointed. Doors were suppose to open at 530pm, they weren't until 6pm, on the dot. It was 100 degrees outside. Literally. At close to 6, then shade was offered? That was my biggest gripe. I also didn't like the "surprise" $20 parking fee. But once inside, the staff were very accommodating.

Here cor Janet Jackson Concert. Bought Vibe Room Check in and access. It was great. Like a VIP area with only 200 passes sold. Food and drinks anytime during the concert.

I attended the Verizon arena for a graduation visiting the arena was very enjoyable.

I went and seen Like Combs and Brantley Gilbert here. It was a fantastic time and the sound of the bands were awesome. Highly recommend this place for a great night out

Staff and Concerts are fantastic and staff are always kind and compassionate towards my 100% disabled Army veteran husband and I. They are so helpful and willing to make sure we're comfortable. God bless you and yours Thank you

They are certainly attracting more popular artists even one of Tom Petty s final performances took place at Verizon!! The arena feels secure and the staff is always customer oriented right down to the elevator operators. You know those folks see some craziness during the concerts but they are always so friendly and positive! I love it! Here s a small sampling of some of the greatest over the last few years.
