Terrible company with fraudulent practices. I canceled my service and they still charged me for the following month, despite being moved out and clearly not having had any internet usage. Called twice and both times they said they would get back to me and never did. They will steal you money. Avoid at all costs.

Great prices and great service! I never have issue with their speed net connection

This company has abysmal customer service. First, they told me it would take 24h to get connected, but it took over 36h.
Then, instead of calling me or emailing me when there was billing issues with my account, they started a man-in-the-middle attack, serving errors on legit pages and SSL hijacks with wrong certificates. This should be criminal.

I got to change service provider was the price, my last provider could not march the price. what got to write this review was the professionalism quality of the service. I needed help with my rooter, it just would not work right; even if it was from another company they really came forward and help me with it's installation and setup.

I have tried many high speed internet service providers and Allotelecom has always been the best

One month in and everyone at the other end of the telephone is fluidly bilingual, polite, and professional. I hope they are not as sly as other telecom companies that raise the bill every second invoice. Moreover, it's a local company from Rive-Sud, which is a good thing.

Got an appointment for them to come install the internet at my new appointment. They never came. Bell or Videotron might be more expensive but at least they have the decency of showing up when you have an appointment. Dont bother calling this company.

This is one of the most GARBAGE companies on the planet!!! I'm a new customer with them, they sent a technician after telling me it would be connected Monday, oh no wait Tuesday oh no wait Wednesday, STILL NO INTERNET. I called customer service only to have what I'm assuming is a man who really has no respect for women. Talked over me the entire time and then SCREAMED so loudly at me I had to pull the phone away from my ear. I told them I wanted to cancel. They said cool, come drop off the modem.
No respect, no customer service, no professionalism AT ALL. If I could give them a negative 5 star rating I would. Complete and utter garbage. DO NOT SIGN UP with this "company"!!!!!!
