When they were Allied Barton they were bad don't put yourself through that mess of being a body

The most disrespectful security ever, they kicked innocent people out of the mall because a child was wearing a hoodie, a young lady approached them and told them she needed to take off their hoodie, she did eventually after two more fake wannabe cops showed up and then they still proceeded to kick them out. Not only did they do that, they made them feel very uncomfortable by following them out to their car. They could've been doing more productive things with their time other than picking on innocent people because they had a hoodie on. Shame on you Allied Universal. Train your security officers better, train them to pick out actual criminals instead of the first African Americans they see! I WILL be calling up there to get a reason as to why these "officers" did what they did.

So I was hired with AUS for about a month now. I did not know or may have forgotten that our employee handbook is in our ehub. I have past security experience and always had a physical handbook not online. I also always always always texted my managers and supervisers aboit job site. The only rime i called or they called is when we didnt receive a text wanted to check in or simply couldnt get a hold of eachother for whatever reason other than that it always text. So one day I was working a 7-3am shift when I got a call my aunt was in the hospital(im her emergency contact). I decided to textmy site superviser and twll her my situation amd that I wont be coming in. Later that day the manager called me a d fired me for pulling a "no call no show". Then told me I could "fight back" as far as getting my job back. Everytime I called they either didnt answer the phone or passed the buck. When I finally was able to get in touch with HR he told me there was nothing he could do. So basically I was unhireable. I have also tried calling corporate but they kept passing the buck too. Me personally I feel I deserve a second chance. And because I didnt get one in writing this review.

Oh where to begin...The benefits are a lie and their "insurance" is actually just a supplement. They will fail to pay you for vacation time you accumulated. About every other week they screw up your paycheck and you come up short by almost $80. Bereavement doesn't exist. Make sure your dad doesn't die. Not all guards are equal. Hard work gets you nowhere. Higher ups will not care if your supervisor or work site in general is corrupt. (I could go on but...I'd write a book, a big book of dirt)

Would've gave a zero rating for this 2 face company. Before, you work for this company, throw your belief in working hard earns respect. That doesn't apply here at all. They'll screw you over every chance.

I work for this company at Pitt University...the staff is very very unprofessional especially one of the overnight supervisors....he is racist...talks to people any kind of way and tries to bully the employees...we are also very short staffed and they continue to tell us that they hired all these new people but didn't and try to make us do all this overtime...

No care for their security officer, high termination rates. New Regional Manager is Unfair, careless, unwilling to help the employee mostly Security Officers based on my observations and experience.

I m not gonna say anything bad on them other than there is a supervisor named gard who I feel has it out for me
I feel he s trying to get me to look as my job
Now I have been gone for almost 3 weeks on active duty army and not had a day off between. I m exhausted and all I get is I m gonna tell the manager about you falling asleep
Does he not understand I ve been through more stress than him in the past month, I m not sure he currently serves
It s not easy to come back from the desert and be expected to work midnights right away
A human body needs a day to recover
I never got that
Especially when your unit treats it like basic training half the time on the level of strictness

Awful, simply terrible. The pay is poor, the health plan is a joke, management treats employees like expendable pawns and I wouldn't rerecommend this company to anyone

I would not recommend this place to anyone

Lies and more lies . Worst company known to man . If you are a pretty female forget it . you will be Harrassed and belittled .Management is a nightmare . If you want anything resolved Good luck. You will be thrown under the bus . Don't work here .
