Alliance Urology

Alliance Urology is very efficient and organized. The Staff is very professional, organized and courteous. The Doctors are very knowledgeable and patient. The doctors take time with each patient to ensure their concerns and questions are answered.
Alliance Urology has high marks in my estimation!

All I can say about my visit is I was more than pleased with the nurses and above all Dr. Dahlstedt. I truly put my faith in this man. God Bless him and his staff.

My visits have always been met in the most professional manner. When getting off the elevator to begin the check in process, the technician is there to assist those needing help with the computer. After checking in and heading to the lab, I was met by the lab technicians to collect whatever was needed. Dr MacDiarmid has been my urologist for about 5 years (or more). He & his staff are the best and they make you feel as if you are a part of their family. The final step of the visit includes checking out & scheduling appointments if needed. These individuals are professional and they insist on making sure your visit was a pleasant one. The Alliance Urology Specialists ARE THE BEST. Thank you for caring about ME.

Overall great specific care provider! All staff were reasonably pleasant (still smiling and caring even though everyone is masked up and there are decent numbers of clients needing help). My wait time was minimal and my doctor was SPOT ON with knowing what he is diagnosing - there was no hesitancy or unsure manner - very nice, very though, very professional, but also very knowledgeable and able to give me great details about what I deal with and was very reassuring and gave great peace of mind! Wonderful experience on visit to Alliance Urology.
Staff are not only professional but also caring, kind, and personal.
While there a elderly woman was in the rest room and fell down. She had locked the door so when calling for help staff came running from all directions to assist her. They were very good at assisting the woman verbally with unlocking the door. They finally got in, assisted with sitting the woman in a wheelchair, and making sure she was placed in area of full view of staff until she was seen.

Met with Dr. Borden who might very well be one of the top doctors in our state... He is a specialist in his field and at the same time I felt like I was talking with a friend..

Great visit! Dr Dahlstedt was as professional as I hoped he would be, with several good suggestions and recommendations. I look forward to seeing him again. Was disappointed that my next appointment with him will be 6 weeks out - was hoping for a couple of weeks!

Dr. Borden came highly recommended. He is an outstanding physician and an incredibly kind and caring provider. He takes time with you, explains everything in understandable detail, and follows up with you in all aspects of your care. His excellent reputation is well deserved, and I am thankful to have him as one of my doctors.

I have been highly impressed with the process in place at AUS for visits to Dr Herrick. From the initial sign-in to the final check out, each step is done with professional clarity and high efficiency. Furthermore Dr. Herrick and staff are very friendly and informative through out process.
