NEVER USE THEM! I had confirmed appoint via email, they never showed up. I had to follow up with why didnt come and had to reschedule. This is very unprofessional as this forklift required for our business to run. We had one service tech come out to diagnose our forklift. He fixed it. The next day our forklift was having problems again. I emailed asking for them to send the same tech again, they didnt reply. I also got charged about 3 times what I should have been charged and still my forklift doesnt work.
