Made an appointment for my daughter. Kept her home from school so she d be less anxious and stressed out. Stayed home from work so I d be there to support her. She got on her Zoom meet and was told they don t have any therapists available so she ll need to look elsewhere for therapy.

You know what? Fine. I get it. You don t have any openings. It happens.

But why allow the appointment to be set at all? People rearrange schedules for this kind of thing. Their callous disregard for the actual wellbeing of their potential patients is stunning. How can an appointment setter not be informed that no appointments are actually available? Apparently their internal communication is terrible.

Steer well clear of this disorganized, poorly-run operation.

PRO's: Therapists are really good . They have a good variety of options from which to choose in terms of sessions and they let you try out things to determine fit with your needs. They allow you to own your path to good health but also make recommendations as to what they would think would be a good fit. I have found that while in a state of constant change, I have realized value out of my sessions and have been able to stay on track with my health goals.
CONS: To this point of being with AllHealth, change is the name of the game. Once you have a little bit of a cadence with a group or individual session/therapist, that changes (time, person, etc). Personally I don't want to re-visit the beginning on a consistent basis I want to continue to move forward. I don't want to build a rapport with an individual or group only to have that change yet again.
RECOMMENDATION: Strategically look at things longer-term. Don't just plug someone in to facilitate a group or work with an individual to fill a short term need. This starts with knowing your team members long term goals and job satisfaction and appetite for taking a given assignment. The therapists I have worked with are quality people and it is worth the investment of time to keep them happy in a role that works for them.

Several years ago, this would not have been 5 stars. But, AllHealth has been an amazing healing place for me and others I know well. Therapy combined with medicine and consistent care have kept me on the planet more than once. They are fantastic about listening to your needs and finding a good match for you therapeutically. Through the pandemic, they've been there like a rock. They changed modalities to accommodate lockdowns and have stayed the course. Now more than ever, people need to be heard and cared for. AllHealth Network is available, accessible, and top notch on the care they offer. You don't have to struggle, give them a call.

I have never felt or witnessed so much love for humanity!! This is the most under rated behavioral health system and all I can say is all of the staff love people back to life, including me. I've even recommended a couple friends to Sycamore location and they've been saved too, often times without money. I thank God every day!!!

I have been a patient with this office for almost 3 years now and I am sooo thankful to have found it! I see Megan Dow and she is truly AMAZING! She cares about people and you can feel it speaking with her. I also LOVE the pharmacy and the staff in the pharmacy! Overall, this office is absolutely life changing. I have been to 2 other offices(Allhealth offices) and did not feel welcome, comfortable, or cared about. I make almost an hour drive to stay with the great people at this office because they are truly that awesome! I could give many situations and stories with the staff here, but we would be here all day! It is definitely an awesome place and I definitely suggest reaching out to them for help if you need it!! I m so glad I did! I wouldn t be where I am now without Megan and the staff in this specific office!!

I started therapy with All Health Network when I was at a really low point in my life. All of the providers have been welcoming and warm, while maintaining a professional-but safe atmosphere.
It has been a year since I started seeing my individual therapist, Kara, and I am in a much better place because of her help. She has been an advocate for me and my feelings. I always feel happy and confident when we finish a session. and I look forward to our bi-weekly meetings.
I highly recommend All Health Network!
