I had a fantastic first experience at All American Recycling in Austin and I know I’ll be coming back. The team was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to walk me through every step of the process. Even though the line was long, the work moved smoothly and quickly. The staff did a great job explaining things without slowing down. I was helped by someone in the small scales area who guided me when I was unsure where to go. They also took the time to separate out the higher-end motherboards to make sure I got a fair price, which showed real honesty. Unlike other places I’ve visited where they might hide details from customers, the staff here was transparent, knowledgeable, and communicative. It was a genuinely positive experience, and I’ll definitely be choosing All American Recycling again.

The staff at All American Recycling in Austin are super helpful. They take the time to explain the grading process and even jump in to assist with sorting when their schedule allows.

I’ve been working with All American Recycling in Austin for a while now, and the experience has consistently been top-notch. From the moment you walk in, the staff across the board—from the intake team to the office—brings a genuine friendliness and helpfulness that stands out. They really take the time to help you maximize your returns on scrap metal and are very transparent about their frequent donor program. The pricing is fair, and if you spot something interesting on the premises, they are usually open to negotiating a deal for you. They truly deserve five stars for going the extra mile. Even in the oppressive Texas summer heat, which can easily make anyone grumpy, they keep their cool and offer free water to customers while their paperwork is being processed. It’s those small touches that make the whole process a pleasure.

I brought in my catalytic converter from a 1994 F350 with a 460 engine after a nearby shop in Gardner only offered $30. Based on the positive reviews, I decided to try All American Recycling in Austin. The team was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even took the time to cut into the converter to inspect it thoroughly, which added a bit to the wait but was worth it. I walked out with $230, which was a huge improvement. Their scrap selection is impressive, and they do a great job. Just keep in mind they don’t quote prices over the phone since every unit is unique. It is definitely worth the drive if you are in the area.

I’d give All American Recycling in Austin a solid four stars. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and it’s refreshing to see a facility that is both organized and clean. Wait times are reasonable, which is a huge plus for me, and they offer fair pricing. I’m always happy to leave with a bit more cash than I anticipated.

I had a great experience at All American Recycling in Austin. The team was professional, efficient, and treated me with respect. If you are looking to recycle aluminum or scrap metal, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.
