Sincerely disappointed in my experience working for a company that undermine their workers abilities. Cares aren t respected which is irresponsible in an industry where self care is number one. On my first day I experienced a manager throwing therapeutic interventions in my face, assuming I knew nothing about any of this. Grandiosity is not powerful, nor is it going to create a safe environment for workers. This job is hard enough. The worst experience I ve had in this industry.

Hi my name is dianna and I'm a young person in allambi care I'm 17 years old and about 2 months ago I was kicked out of my house after a case manager Michael pofuddy tried walking in on me getting dressed my front door was locked and my sister in-law was in the house to witness that I'm not lying after this happen I was kicked out allambi when MIA for a.while and about a week and a half ago they contact me being nice I'm still homeless I called allambi on call today to ask for food vouchers or some kind of food and the response I got from a worker called Alex was I work for my money that's why I can eat where not helping you sorry and hung up I called a second time and they said your homeless right and I said yes and they asked why I needed food , I don't understand why they can't help me out with some kind of food even a cooked meal
