This place loves to take money from you and slave you with hours. Also have spot of favortism and no consideration for your personal life .

Allstar security is a great company, been working there for almost 3 years now, it s very elegant as uniform wise, very friendly and down to earth bosses, flexible with schedule as if u have an emergency or going to school, I started as a regular guard , got promoted as a supervisor position I am really happy working for them, I really recommend guards if you have a security license pass through the office , I recommend all business owners to contact the company and I am sure they will provide you with great services, we all love AllStar security.

They force you to do overtime and then refuse to pay you for it. When you ask about it, you are told that you have to "prove" that you did the shift. It takes 3 or 4 checks to get your money. They have direct deposit but its only for office workers. NOT THE GUARDS.

A great company to work for. They are friendly and work together as a Team, they care about their employees and in every way, they try to help you to succeed to be a better security officer and to have customer service skills as well. they will lie to you about having a post and don't respect guards enough to give a call and inform them on whats going on.

Iv worked with Allstar for over a year now this company is great it simple and easy to speak to anyone in the office great hours and great locations

went to Georgica an upscale restaurant/lounge in the Hamptons the past two weekends. The place was beautiful. the music and atmosphere was great, but i will not go back there because of the All Star security team. One in particular, his name was Andre was very rude, and had no problem asking for a tip for giving me directions to the ladies room. He saw me smoking outside and told me i could smoke inside on the down low for a small price, help me to help you were his exact words. i do not want to be anywhere with a security team like that. Should have done a better job of checking references All Star. You dropped the ball with this one.

I have been working for Allstar for 8 years . It s a great company to work for . The staff is amazing , specially Shelby, she is a wonderful woman.
I will recommend Allstar to anyone that wants to work and any companies that s looking for a security company to do business with .

They don't offer Direct Deposit so they can "misplace" your check sometmes. They pay overtime in installments. They do their own payroll so that they can pay you a dollar less than what's printed on your check. I was told 20 and was actually paid 19. These guys are all ex NYPD. If you are Black don't work here. Flatly dishonest people are running this modern plantation. Sub par stepping stone job.

Extremely bad people over there, I think they are too much rude and disrespectful, please don't go to those people, they only kill your time, absolutely some rubbish people are running this company.

Mgmt is fair....scheduling + steady work is a completely different thing. If your reliable + on time you should have no problems here.

The best venue security company in the city. I get to see the music industry behind the scenes while working with some very honorable people.

No direct deposit, they don't work with your scheduling. They want you to go all out for them but they dont supply anything. No paid training, no uniforms, you have to go out and get your own uniforms. They have these client locations where you have to stand long periods of time, no interaction with anyone and no type of movement. Basically standing like a statue. This isnt a good security company to work for..

Fires w/o notice. Greasy slime buckets that move lizard-like

Expects you to break your back for them but they are not there for you. Doesn't pay overtime.
Makes you do labor at site locations that are of the staff of the venue you happen to be working alongside contractually that have nothing to do with your security skills/job.

Schedules you for days you stated you can not work. Then pretends like you didn't say you couldn't work those days and give you the evil eye.

No direct deposit so you have to see these manure munchers on a weekly basis.

All ex cops so of course they are manure munchers.

Try to short change you out your money you worked hard for and can still lose your check.

Evil is here dance with the devil if you wish.

People do drugs on the job in front of you tell you to be quiet about it; in venues supervisors allow patrons to do drugs but supervisors hassle you on not letting those patrons do drugs.

Everyday they break employee laws (rights) & state laws cutthroat environment beware.

One of if not the most professional companies I've ever worked for. Different work environments depending on where your comfortable, allot of work, good co-workers allot of people you could reach out to if necessary, always get paid on time.

Best security in the city, number one in hospitally and customer service.over all! They provided great team of trained gentleman that make sure your safe and secure at your venue!

Great pay, good contracts, lots of fun and great management
