Alex transportation

The driver was polite and the car was in good condition. I had a comfortable and pleasant experience with Alex transportation. Would use again!

I recently used the services of Alex Transportation for a short trip to the airport. The website was easy to navigate and booking was a simple process. The driver arrived on time, which was a plus. However, the overall experience was average. The vehicle was not as clean as I expected and could use some improvement. Additionally, the driver seemed disengaged and lacked conversation during the ride, making the journey feel a bit uncomfortable. The fare was reasonable, but considering the lackluster experience, I would have expected a better value for my money. Overall, while there are no major complaints about the company, there is certainly room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and customer service.
