Although the information on Google map showed that this office is closed on Sunday but I checked from their UAN number and was informed that the office is open on Sunday as well.
I got my booking done by visiting this on Sunday. It is very convenient as on Sunday there is no parking limitation.

Pathetic customer service, I booked on line and paid by credit card, getting back the amount when the airline cancels the flight, is your issue and pain in the neck. After 2 cancellations I would only Blue if I don't have another option or offered to fly free.

I have Very bad experience from Sharjah to lahore bad air hostess staff have no manners the supervisor of air hostess behave with very bad manners with the passengers and use very bad language very small airplane like rikshaw small seats and I also wondering to see folding seats very poor service specially staff miss behave.

In start air blue service was very good but now it is going down. They need to maintaine their services and aircrafts to stay in good books. Specially when new domestic airlines are coming in PK market

You can buy airblue (airline) ticket only.mode of payment cash and credit card
Sometime only cash if credit card machine is not in working condition.No place for parking.lifter lift your vehicle immediately in this area.press club and PIA are nearer places.

Very bad experience while talking to customer service he take 4 minutes to chek for flight tomorrow and next day for dubai or abudhabi from karachi that how much it is, and in the end he say they have no flight operation for dubai and abudhabi even he can say direct that airblue no operating for uae if he working for airblue very easy ot was

You can get airblue reservation here. Parking at times get difficult here as the road is no parking zone

I Booked a ticket for my Brother using credit card sent SMS which were got from AirBlue they asked my brother to verify credit card I was in office I left office for their verification purpose when I reached office were closed 1 minute before there were 3 persons in office they had no sense to talk I was shouting bhai verification karwanay aya hon card ki dash dash but they replied office is closed

Bad airline, overcrowded plane not following sops, charged my card when purchasing tickets online but did not book tickets. Paid again in cash at the office and asked for it to be refunded which still hasnt been processed it's been over a month.
Would not recommend to my worst enemy .

The staff was very unfriendly and was reluctant to assist on any info. It felt more like government institutions.
