At Aik Saath, we believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to develop their skills, talents, and passions. We provide a range of programs and services designed to support young people in achieving their goals and making a difference in the world.
Our programs are focused on three key areas: leadership development, community engagement, and social innovation. Through these programs, we aim to inspire young people to become active citizens who are committed to creating positive change in their communities.
Leadership Development
We believe that leadership is an essential skill for success in any field or endeavor. That's why we offer a range of leadership development programs designed specifically for young people. Our programs help participants develop key skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking.
Community Engagement
We believe that strong communities are built on active citizenship and civic engagement. That's why we encourage young people to get involved in their communities through volunteering opportunities or community service projects. Our community engagement programs help participants develop empathy towards others while also building valuable connections within their local area.
Social Innovation
We believe that innovation is essential for solving complex social problems facing our world today. That's why we support innovative ideas from young people by providing them with resources such as mentorship opportunities or funding grants so they can turn those ideas into reality.
Our Impact
Since our inception over 20 years ago, Aik Saath has impacted thousands of lives across India through our various initiatives aimed at empowering youth leaders who can bring about positive change within society.
Through our leadership development program alone over 5000 students have been trained in leadership skills, and over 1000 community service projects have been completed by our participants. Our social innovation program has also supported over 50 innovative ideas from young people, which have gone on to make a significant impact within their communities.
