My parents live at the MonteVista at Coronado in El Paso, where they have a beautiful apartment home, with great dining and so many activities. But the real surprise was the amazing therapy staff. Mom and Dad both have taken advantage of Physical Therapy to help keep them going, and when Mom recently went to the hospital, she may have never made it back home without the help of the Ageility therapy team. I love they way they encouraged mom, even when she was discouraged. What a blessing to have these great therapists at the MonteVista.

Ageility allowed an employee who was not vaccinated against Covid to work in a senior home in Reno NV. These employees were eligible for vaccination starting in early January, same timeline as the residents in the senior homes. Employees cannot be forced to be vaccinated, but you would think that Ageility would make vaccination a condition of employment. You can t force someone to be vaccinated, but you can t be forced to hire someone or continue to employ them if they no longer meet requirements that the employer determines. Minimally, you shouldn t be sending these employees to work in a facility where the average age is over 90! An Ageility employee who had refused vaccination was sent to work at a senior citizen home in Reno, and in late March he tested positive for the B.1.1.7 Covid strain, which is more contagious and causes more severe disease than the other strains. This is a demonstration of how little Agility cares for the safety of the old people that they work with.

While the therapists are excellent, the ability to call ANYONE with regard to a billing dispute is IMPOSSIBLE! I have called various numbers that appear in the bill, called the number on the site, left countless messages and NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. THIS IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING!
