Do not use this company for your telecom needs. I gave them every possible chance to correct numerous mistakes and when we finally left to use another company, they change the passwords locking us out of our own systems, which we own. They botched the project and left it unfinished and had the nerve to treat us poorly because we wanted to use another company. Their senior tech told me that we were on a list of customers they don't like (yes, they have a list for that) and that we would have to pay $1,000 to get the password to our equipment. Does that sound like honest business to you? It sounds like extortion to me.
