The one on broadway is horrible. Don t know who is worse the workers or the individuals

Management at the homes are somewhat horrible .... communication is horrible unless there s a meeting to harass and mistreat staff .. always understaffed .. miscommunication is the biggest issue with this company .. miscommunication and treatment of staff .

I wish I could give them negative 10 stars. This Place is nothing but a Scam. Worst agency ever. If you don t want your time wasted don t go here!

I worked in the administrative building on Maiden Lane. This place is a disgrace. Money that should be spent on the individuals and sites around the boroughs is spent frivolously on catering and other bulls%^ for the execs. People are promoted even if they have dementia as long as they agree with whatever the 2 top execs say. Good people are shunned and bar people moved around. Pay is ridiculous and you are taken advantage of if you care about the people they are supposed to serve.
I was thoroughly disgusted with the processes on Maiden Lane. I tried to make a difference but was treated poorly and told to keep quiet. There are sites that LITERALLY have rats running around and nothing is done to change it and people are told not to take pictures. They should not receive any funding until that get all the sites rodent and bug free.
A horrible place to work which is too bad because some employees really care and they have the capabilities to do great work.

I never had an experience with ADAPT, but being that a certain HR person that I know works there, I could easily, VERY EASILY agree with all the negative reviews I see posted here. The HR person I am talking about was the HR VP in the company I worked for when he worked there as well. I was witness to the illegal things he did when I worked with him, and I would gladly testify against him in any court of law, along with other employees who worked in the company he was in before ADAPT, as we were all victims of his atrocities, along with a female VP in the company, whose pocket he was in. I wish I could give this man negative 100 stars...

Well they changed their name but, the circumstances which led to that name change still remain unchanged. Administration still uses the same incompetent approach to new situations and the culture here still supports lack of professionalism. If you want to get a glimpse of this, either work here, ask employees or simply call human resources and ask any question and observe the response that you will be given. Sadly this is where donations and tax dollars go.
