My wife and I have actually purchased 2 homes from Adams Development. The first was an affordable starter home that offered a lot of great features (i.e. 4 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, laminate wood flooring and a spacious 3-stall garage). A year or so later my wife noticed another model of Adams Development home was being built in our neighborhood, a Brook 2-story model, so we went to check it out. This house was incredible: beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an abundance of nice cabinets and granite counter tops overlooking the living room with a vaulted ceiling and fireplace, a large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a master bathroom. Upstairs has a HUGE bonus room over the garage (the hangout for our two teenage sons) as well as two good-sized bedrooms and another full bathroom. The basement is unfinished, but it has the capacity for a large family room, a bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms. We ended up selling our first Adams Development home and purchasing the Brook 2-story (and subsequently worked with them to build a new deck). We cannot say enough good things about the homes we have purchased from Adams Development or the people we worked with during the process. If you are looking for a new home in the Fargo-Moorhead area, you should not hesitate to contact Adams Development!
