I recently had my high school’s black box theater lighting upgraded at Acue Lighting in Van Nuys, and the experience was wonderful. As a theater teacher with an aging system, I had struggled to find a reliable contractor—dealings with other reps were frustrating, including a no-show that went unannounced. That changed when I connected with Arthur at Acue. He was incredibly responsive and patient, walking me through the technical details even though I’m not an expert in theater tech. His team conducted a thorough site visit, spotted additional outdated gear like my spotlight, and proactively included an LED upgrade in the estimate. The installation was completed in a single day, with the crew removing all old equipment, programming the new system, and organizing the wiring. They even provided instructional videos on operating the light board. I’m thrilled with both the quality of the work and the exceptional customer service provided by this team.

I’ve partnered with Acue Lighting in Van Nuys for more than a decade, and they consistently manage to exceed my expectations. They installed the latest video panels, moving lights, and LED architectural fixtures, ensuring a fully integrated system that works flawlessly. Acue Lighting in Van Nuys has been my go-to shop for over a hundred thousand dollars worth of gear. I take my equipment on the road, and even after accidentally dropping a moving head, it kept working perfectly. I’ve also handled online orders there, and the reliability is always there. Big thanks to Moshiko for always jumping in quickly to handle any technical questions.

Our production company in Van Nuys had been struggling with a trussing setup that just wasn’t cutting it, so we started looking for something stronger and more reliable. We stumbled upon Acue Lighting online and decided to reach out with a custom design concept. They jumped right in and provided a detailed mock-up of the proposed rig. Since we needed a full roof system with extra legs for our line arrays, it wasn’t a standard setup, but the team offered practical, cost-effective design options that ensured both safety and efficiency. The savings were significant compared to other brands we quoted, and the installation process went much faster thanks to their smart design. The quality is outstanding—easily rivaling or beating the name-brand gear we used previously. It’s held up perfectly through two full seasons of concerts and festivals, and the momentum is still going strong. We’ve actually just placed another order for a smaller set from Acue Truss and are eagerly awaiting delivery. If you’re looking for high-quality trussing and genuine customer service, these are the people to call.

Hired Acue Lighting for our gym in Van Nuys to upgrade the lighting for our high-energy classes, and it was a fantastic move. Their team really knows their stuff. They offered creative solutions that perfectly fit our needs, and even the gym owners were impressed after visiting their showroom. What really blew us away was their speed and efficiency. We received a complete design layout on Monday, and by Thursday, everything was installed and fully programmed. The entire process was seamless. We were so happy with the service that we wanted to share how great our experience was with the Acue Lighting team. Highly recommend them for any home improvement or commercial lighting project.
