Cowboys, this company is a joke!! The guy that owns it has given himself a 5 star review. Phil Donaghy is a muppet!! The company are fraudsters, who rip off their customers, trust me i know because I used to work for them. AVOID people you've been warned.
Very unprofessional people speak to you disrespectfully. Not reliable at all make appointments and cancel happened about 4 times to me and when you ring them up they get angry with you.
They charge you for work that they have not completed.
I m an not the first person this has happed to if you read their reviews it has happened to others as well.
The workers them self tell you how much of a rip off their boss is (their words).

Acton Drainage were sent out via my home insurance emergency cover after my toilet waste pipe was overflowing into the garden.
Dynorod had come out TWICE and said they couldn't fix the problem as they blamed it on a cracked drainage pipe, even though I knew it was backing up due to a blockage somewhere.
So glad Acton drainage came out - they uncleared the blockage straight away.
Dynorod simply couldn't be bothered after both engineers complained they were so busy that day. Thank god for Acton Drainage - highly recommended :-)
I first contacted this company regarding moving a manhole cover from inside my house to the garden, previous owners had built an extension over the main access grid! I had someone come to do a home visit within the week and my quote was sent a few days later, I was very happy with the service so far and called them back to say I was happy for the work to go ahead, I was told that they would call me within a week or 2 to arrange a date for the job, 4 weeks later I hadn't heard anything from them so I called back and the guy I spoke to said he would call the fella who did the home visit and see how big the job was and get back to me in a few hours, 4 more weeks passed and nothing, I called back again and spoke to a different guy who said the job had obviously been pushed to the side and that he would make it his priority to get us seen to, I told him that I had the money and was available from the 1st July onwards, he said that worked well for them as they were busy until then and he would call me on the 1st to arrange starting work that same week, again 4/5 weeks later still nothing, I called them back a final time and complained, the guy was apologetic and said he would get the director on the case and have us seen to, I would receive a call that week and the job would be sorted! I asked if the job was too big I would be happy to just have the sunken soil pipe repaired for now if that was easier for them,he assured me that the job wasn't too big and it would be done in one job! It's now September and I've not heard a word from them! I wanted to stick to this company because I don't like to mess people about and they were first to respond back to me! I explained to them that there is a constant odor in the house due to the sunken soil pipe, the kitchen sink sometime gets backed up with toilet waste and I also have a baby in the house so I'm worried about the sewer fumes constantly in the house and I still haven't heard anything from them! Absolutely fuming with this company, not even a courtesy call!
The plumber who attended was lovely and polite. Great Service.
Stay away from these guys. They charge you for work they do not do. They are a bunch of cow boys. I have pictures and CCTV of the poor job they have done. There is a complaint raised with the insurance who hired you cow boys.
Excellent service and very quickly response. Very helpful and explained everything they found. Would recommend 100%.
