The Ateliers Collectifs program runs from January to June 2022 and includes several workshops such as:
1. Mindfulness Meditation: This workshop teaches participants how to practice mindfulness meditation as a way of reducing stress levels and improving overall well-being.
2. Art Therapy: This workshop uses art as a form of expression for individuals who may find it difficult to communicate their emotions verbally.
3. Yoga: This workshop combines physical postures with breathing techniques aimed at reducing anxiety levels while promoting relaxation.
4. Nutrition Education: This workshop provides participants with information on healthy eating habits aimed at improving overall health outcomes while in recovery from addiction.
5. Music Therapy: This workshop uses music as an avenue for emotional expression while promoting relaxation and stress reduction.
