CALLED TWICE BOTH TIMES THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE WAS RUDE, WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE A GENERAL GREETING BACK AND ACTED ANNOYED I CALLED. WHEN I WAS TRANSFERED TO PARTS THEY ACTED INCONVENIENCED THAT I WAS NEEDING HELP, AND PRETTY MUCH JUST PASSED ME ALONG WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY HELP. AS A BUSINESS WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OTHER BUSINESSES TO ASSIST US IN ORDERING PARTS. ACI FELL FLAT ON TWO OCCASIONS. I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN.

Ordered a Genesis 5 drill... The drill itself was ok.. but the $1600 cutters sold separately were junk... It's impossible to get in touch with anyone there... I called rtp outdoors (the manufacturer of the drill) and was told that they had numerous problems with the cutters and that I would be refunded..no problem... I removed the cutters a month ago and returned them to ACI(through hobdy die & reed) Ive received no money, no response no reply to my calls nothibg... I'm contacting a lawyer this week... Save your time, money and energy.. these guys are a joke!
