Tom from ACE Home Services was incredible. I had previously gone with Goettl, who said the AC wasn’t working and took four days just to send someone out. Parker & Sons followed, diagnosing a broken compressor but quoting $4,500 and noting they couldn’t get the part for three days. I then called ACE, and Tom arrived within hours. He confirmed the compressor issue and, amazingly, drove forty-five minutes to Goodmans to pick up the part before they closed. That’s a 34-minute drive each way! He stayed out until late at night to get it running, and the total cost was just $2,800. The difference is huge. If ACE’s technicians in Phoenix are this efficient and skilled, I don’t see why anyone would look elsewhere for their HVAC needs.

Michael Miller was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and took the time to explain the issue with my disposal, which he managed to fix with a simple button press. We shared a few laughs over the quick repair, and he was on his way. I’ll definitely call ACE Home Services for any future plumbing needs in Phoenix and hope to get Michael again.
