Account on me

WARNING: Cheramie Rattfield is unethical and unreasonable. I am ending my services with her and transferring to another book keeper and she refuses to send me access to my Quickbooks which I have been paying for and I own. She has denied me access to my own business accounting. This is an intent to cause harm and damage to my business.
I asked for final invoices for my company so we can be complete. She did for my current business and I paid those in full. We are complete.
However, she also sent me two invoices from a business I sold over 6 years ago and said I had to pay these before releasing Quickbooks to my current business.

First of all, statue of limitations in CA says you can not ask for invoices to be paid after 4 years. Second, she is an accountant and clearly is not good at her job if she wasn't able to reconcile a business from 6 years ago that has been closed out. When I asked for reports for this past business, she refused to send and said, "its tax season, you know I am busy, and that takes time."
No it doesn't, its a click of a button.
Who asks for payment 6 years later?? On a business account that I don't even own anymore, we were complete. She can write this off as a loss and she knows that. She is unreasonable. Its not my problem she can't reconcile her accounts correctly.

I also asked for reports for my current business and when she sent the wrong report, she refused to send the correct one. I believe I was overcharged and wanted to see my payments to her invoices. Still no response. I know I was overcharged.
I got my attorney involved, however Ms. Rattfield has declined to communicate.
