However, the consultation process was smooth and the orthodontist took the time to explain everything to me. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. While I didn't leave the office feeling overly impressed, I also didn't have any major complaints. It would be great if they could expand their services and offer more affordable options to cater to a wider range of customers. Overall, an average experience. 😐
