They are not a good company had alot of issue with this employer

I've been working here for about 4 years now. And I've had no Problems, very good workers and help u when needed n the pay is Good. It's a blessing.

The person that handles the office named Melva did not properly handle my fiance's application for home health care services inquired in mid October. She Never provided a copy of the waiver form that was completed by my doctor to my fiance, and denied him a copy upon request. She left him in limbo and clueless during the entire process. I believe this waiver form was handle incorrect and he got denied. She offer no appeal services and refuse to give him a copy of the form to this day. When I called her to obtain a copy, she denied knowing him at 1st. Then she claimed she fax a copy of the form to Maximus and mailed out the original. However, she stated that she doesn't keep a copy for her records, which I find odd. The personnel at Access Home Care are very unprofessional and rude. She hung the phone during the conversation regarding the waiver form. I will follow with a complaint with Maximus as soon as possible!! The sad part is that during this whole ordeal with obtaining a care giver my fiance broke his heel bone on his left foot because he fell due to symptoms of his seizure disorder. While she keeps him clueless his health is at risk.

I've been working here over a year now and I have always gotten paid and I have never had any issues with the company. I recommend this company. Good pay and Polite Workers in the office.
