This year 2015 we have 10 properties flipped and sold this year alone. Now, we are flipping 4 properties per month and thus we need an investor. We are looking for $65,000 -$100,000 and are willing to pay 15 % percent interest on the investment. Our turn around time frame is 4-6 months....
