ABC is awesome. More specifically one of their bike messengers, Mike. He came to our office every single day during the snow storm despite how dangerous the roads were. He is very kind and respectful, and does an awesome job. Thank you!

I am trying to find out for several weeks what has happened with an Action sent to you by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Corinth, Greece to be served to ASIMINA BLACKBURN with protocol number 1648/21st of July 2020 and it is impossible. I have also sent you the tracking history from the USPS webpage of the document (Action against Asimina Blackburn) from Greece to the United States which shows that it has arrived on the 8th of August 2020 to your office at Seattle and I am still waiting for your reply to tell me why you didn't serve it.

I will not use ABC Legal Services again. After waiting a week for the documents to be "picked up" by the process server, I found out online that they were given to a local sheriff for service. Really? Not even a call to see if that was acceptable after waiting a week? After I complained that waiting the 3 weeks was unacceptable, I'm now waiting on getting a refund. No one calls back when you leave a message. If I wanted a sheriff to perform service, why would I pay these guys $95 for this when the sheriff charges $35? Zero customer service folks. You've been warned!

First, they got the job done. However, I would have really expected a process server to make some level of inquiry (basic internet search would suffice) as to the hours of operation when serving a business owner at his place of business.

After 2 attempts on the business outside of clearly posted operational hours the notice was finally served on the 3d attempt and we are off to the races. But it was just frustrating waiting for service to occur 10+ days? after the request. A little more efficiency would be appreciated. I will try their service again because the upload of the citation and petition made the work on my end super easy. And frankly, that is really what it is all about as a busy attorney.

In my opinion, ABC Legal Services is an outstanding legal service provider. I spent sometime researching companies online looking for someone that would carry out the process server process for me, and after contacting someone local in the state I needed this job done and getting the "run around", I decided to keep looking online. I was hesitant at first, but then decided to give them a chance. The were very prompt in the handling of my request and the price was much cheaper than what I was quoted over the phone by some other place. I highly recommend using ABC Legal Services.

Simple process service on a cooperating defendant, timely served.

I paid an additional fee to have my documents expedited and then the affadavit of service was not provided before the hearing, so the judge postponed it by 6 weeks and I was forced to serve the papers a second time.

We were recently served by this firm. The process server called my husband an AH. Nice, eh.

They re really good at getting back in touch with you and addressing issues. Good company to work with.

Service was prompt and efficient, success with the second attempt, no extra charges, great company to work with.

They did great job to serve them but they gave wrong information for hearing date and case number are not match. Hope they can fix their mistakes immediately.

I am amazed at how well run this company is from top to bottom. I filed suit again someone from another country who is temporarily living on the opposite of the United States. The customer service reps corrected any potential issues and were very quick to respond. The server was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend ABC Legal Services

This organization was professional, took care of the process service for me quickly. Only confusion was the court clerk when I turned the papers in as she was questioning the "6th district court" information at the top of the page.

I paid very handsomely to have a Notice Served and ABC Services would not prepare the appropriate Court Form as proof of Service. Never use this company ~ they are incompetent.

This company is very quick and gets the job done for process serving. Top of the line and best bang for your buck. Customer service is amazing as well.

While the organization might be great, the process server I dealt with was not great at all. There was no communication from steps or suggestions given to serve the documents at the right time, he basically went about his day overlooking my suggestions. This task took a month and it s been 5 days waiting for proof of service. I would take my business elsewhere, should I ever need this type of service again.

ABC Legal helped us out of a very confusing process. They are professional, their attention to detail is perfect and they constantly communicate with the parties they are providing the services for. If you need a document or anything that covers service of papers, allowing ABC Legal do it is the only way to go.

I needed a process server in Oklahoma and found ABC Legal Services online. I talked with them, sent the pleadings and the service was done immediately. Highly recommend this process service.

False advertising. I was told it would be 65$ and 10$ to drop documents off, and that I would be charged before they were served. I get a bill for 130$ 3 weeks after the documents were served. I couldn't upload the documents online because the originals needed to be served. I took them downtown and filled everything out because I read the reviews and knew they could not be trusted to process online orders but I had no choice. They also did not accept any appointments due to corona. How about some social distancing and one person in the office at a time? The people in the office were nice but this is ridiculous. Don't waste your time here unless you want to be overcharged. Money grabbing liars.

I was contracted by ABC to serve documents and never got paid. Apparently this is nothing new for them, as they have numerous complaints filed against them with the BBB. Process servers, beware.

As an out-of-state customer, I really appreciated that I was able to upload my documents and pay online without having to talk to someone. They served in a timely manner and I received back my proof of service shortly after service.

ABC performed a great job as requested. My service request was different than the normal request by other clients request but after having to explain the details the first time more than once, they did a great job the second time as requested. They are very customer oriented and even that time when I had to explain the details more than once, they were very accommodating to my guidelines and took action immediately. The fact that the clients can follow the process online is very helpful.
I have tried other services look for a cheaper service but the experience was terrible. I truly recommend ABC Legal for all your legal services.

I had been serving for them for a year. I have had issues with communication throughout this time frame. Either an email was discontinued or they just didn't get the message. Either way, If I wanted to move forward with my issue and get it fixed, I had to do the footwork for them. Seems they can't handle digging a little to do the job. Yet they claim to find people nationwide. I actually did the skip tracing for them on a few occasions because they had no clue, but never got the pay for it. Gotta love freebies. I just resigned today due to unprofessional behavior. Oh, and before anyone can "excuse" this away, the first miscommunication was before the Covid outbreak while everyone was still in the office and supposedly doing their jobs.

The service was great but I was confused as to why I received notifications that my documents was serviced twice to 2 different people. If someone could explain that I would greatly appreciate it.

sent them service paperwork 2+ weeks before deadline. Despite information being put in correctly, they had the wrong address, date deadline and misspelled my name. I called them 3 times to correct the issues and explain the deadline date, the hours the person worked etc. I explained the person had to be served 10 days before the trial date and they told me on the phone they understood it was urgent. They made 1 actual attempt and did nothing else. The date is now expired, I have to get a new trial date, and all i get is an apology from the receptionist at ABC. This was the MOST PATHETIC service attempt I could have imagined. How about ABC go through the hassle or getting me a new court date and having to find someone COMPETENT at process service? This is their entire job, and it was mishandled from start to finish

Just called the courthouse - I have to now take a day off of work because I cannot reschedule the court date by phone. I must show up on the original date of trial and explain it to the judge and request a new date at that point.

Great Service. Prompt and fast process server. Way faster than waiting on a sheriff or municipal office to send out a notice. Was referred to them by an attorney friend.

The ease of the website and their use of technology and service was solid. They conducted a successful service at a reasonable price and did so timely with no hitches in the process. Highly recommended.

Difficult to serve party was successfully served after various attempts. Proof of service provided. Prompt response to my inquiries.

Applauding customer service. Do not use these people for processserving. They messed up my online order... claimed it was my fault (it was not... thier system lost some of the order info. When I asked why Inwas not contacted if thier was a problem with the order.... and was told that I was contacted... and that a message about the problem had already been sent to me. (It had not) and that they were just waiting on me (Again blaming me for the problem) OH they eventually sent me a notice saying there was a problem with my order.... AFTER I CALLED THEM them to complain. Either their they messed up and after the fact are sending be these notices after the fact... or thier online order and order management system is so incredibly glitchy and laggy... that they don't really know what's happening. Either way my complaints that thier system was not working properly... were ignored. I had to cancel my order and go with another company. Looks like MOST of thier poor reviews are about thier process serving. Don't take any chances.. use some other company for process serving until the executives over there show that at least SOME interest it addressing the complaints people are having with that part of thier service.
