Cool place with a lot of records to choose from. Also, the prices are reasonable. Would recommend.

I had the opportunity to visit Free Bird last Saturday. I love it!

It's a good thing this shop isn't near my home in Selma. Otherwise I'd be there everyday, probably annoying the heck out of the owners when I spend hours just browsing through the amazing selection they have.
I could live in this store. There's enough great music to last a lifetime and a half, and thanks to them having a selection of reel to reel, I'm now on the hunt for an affordable reel2reel player.

Keep an eye out for the adorable shop dog, too. She's a cutie.

A great little shop and probably the only place in Fresno with a wide selection of tie-dye They have a big vinyl offering for those looking for records, they've got a decent amount of hats ranging from funky to formal, a nice variety of jewelry, lots of incense at a good price, and a bunch of other cool stuff you might not even know you need. Plus, the husband and wife who own/run the place are real good folks and always greet their customers with a smile. Go give 'em a visit!

I hugged a record. The woman behind the counter accused me of trying to steal it. I explained I was simply hugging the record out of excitement and she said no one loves Janis that much . She called the man that works there out and threatened me with the cops saying I was trying to steal the record. I m wearing a half shirt. How would a record fit under my half shirt? Does she really think I m that stupid? I wouldn t recommend shopping there. Their Native American artifacts are poorly made and non traditional. Their items are scratched, cracked and poor quality. If you want to be treated like a human being- DONT SHOP FREE BIRD.

I have found several pieces to help complete my various band collections. All have been in good condition plus they have cool punch card. Get one punch for every $10 spent. Get 10 punches and earn $10 off.

This is a great place to go if you like the style of the 1970s Americana, Hippie styles and British Invasion of Rock. Apparel and vinyl records are available here along with many unique items. Locally owned and operated by a wonderful couple with a passion for rock and roll and psychedelic hippie styles.
