612Brew is a craft brewery that produces small batch beers of the highest quality. The company was founded in 2012 by four friends who shared a passion for brewing and a love of great beer. Since then, 612Brew has become one of the most respected breweries in Minnesota, known for its innovative and delicious brews.
At 612Brew, we believe that beer should be more than just a drink – it should be an experience. That's why we take great care in crafting each and every one of our beers, using only the finest ingredients and traditional brewing techniques. Our goal is to create beers that are not only delicious but also unique and memorable.
One thing that sets us apart from other breweries is our commitment to sustainability. We use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, reducing our carbon footprint and supporting local farmers. We also recycle all of our spent grain, which is used as feed for local livestock.
Our flagship beer is called "SIX," which stands for "Sixth Ward," the neighborhood where our brewery is located. This American pale ale has won numerous awards and accolades since its release in 2013, thanks to its balanced flavor profile and refreshing finish.
In addition to SIX, we offer a wide range of other beers to suit every taste preference. From hoppy IPAs to rich stouts to crisp lagers, there's something for everyone at 612Brew.

Our spacious taproom features plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting), as well as games like cornhole and giant Jenga.
