The superintend, Erika is passive-aggressive and always reluctant to help. She never offers a real solution to the problem. Erika is very toxic and narcissistic . It is unfortunate because the property management has been decent so far. They have their shortcomings but are much better than unhelpful Erika. Erika acts like she is being forced to work.

I used to live in one of there property at 2360 Eglinton Ave. east. They repaired windows, doors, driveway and etc. etc. They replace windows and balcony doors with a cheaper kind and rent went up so high...an increase of like $60....wow! Their super is super super rude and even how many tenants write a complaint they didn t do any action. There super is gossiper and no management skills at all...always invade tenants privacy In life. Because of them I decided to leave and to get my own condo.

Stay away if you can!

Terrible Property Management company.
They hire incompetent, lazy and bigoted superintendents. Incapable of carrying out the easiest of tasks.
They will try and hide fees from you only to try and charge you upon moving out.
They are truly a garbage company. There is nothing good which I can say about them.

I wish I could give negative stars as they don't even deserve a 1.
This is the worst property management ever. they really do nothing. We live in a building with 4 washing machines, 4 dryers and 4 sinks in the laundry room. What kind of laundry needs 4 sinks? One washer has been broken for weeks so I decided to call coinomatic myself and yep you guessed it, they didn't even know it was broke. Even with 4 working it's still not enough, always the machines are in use. I've called 3R several times to add more machines and like I said before they do NOTHING.

At the 919 Dufferin, we have homeless sleeping on the lobby's couch.
There is no security on this building, more than 5 tenants reported to the building management and they just tell us to call the police to remove the homeless and the suspicious people who trying to tailgate when someone opens the door!

I looked into renting here a couple years ago. They quoted me $300 more per month than advertised on ViewIt with no explanation.

I also used to rent a parking spot here, and gave it up after the super was incredibly rude to me this winter.

I couldn't get my car up the driveway because they did not clear the snow hours after a storm. When I called to tell him, he yelled at me "lady! Ramp is heated! I don't have to do nothing!"

While he talked over me, I explained that having the heater on does nothing, because the ramp was covered in ice and packed snow.

He finally came to shovel and gave me a stare-down as I struggled to get up.

He told me "not my problem, lady, you don't want problem you get bigger car or pay for better tires."

I'm sure they rented my spot out immediately once I got rid of it, so I only gave it up out of principal. But if it's impossible to rent a spot from these people, imagine what it would be like to live on their property?!

Rude, rude, rude.

The property management doesn't care about its tenants. I live in one of the properties by a school and the amount of times I have tried to call the cops because the students are breaking into the buildings, the year the students were breaking into garages, they don't care that a number of their supers have been assaulted by the students and they refuse to involve the police when needed. As a tenant there are a lot of things we apparently cannot call the police for. I was assaulted in my parking lot by a student who is actually crazy and used to live here. The cops told me to get property management involved... I told him he was standing behind the cop and didn't want to do anything to protect our safety. The students parents use our driveway to drop off and pick up their kids and jam up the parking lot but nope can't do anything. Property management told supers for their safety to stay out of it... Oh and the rent... You'll pay more for a 1 bedroom than I'm paying for a 3 in the same building.
