This has nothing to do with the 2 gents that came and helped me remove the junk- they were awesome.

I scheduled a pick up between 8-12 on Monday Oct 8th with my agent over the phone. This Monday happened to be Thanksgiving Monday. No one advised me on the phone that there is no service that day. Come Monday I took a day off work (I work in the auto industry, we are open on holidays). I waited from 8-12 to no avail. I call in and speak with a lady who tells me "We aren't working today, they shouldn't have scheduled you in". Then she tells me that the agent that originally scheduled me was new and that he rescheduled me for the following day. If he made a mistake you think hed call me before Monday to let me know. The lady tells me she will schedule me in for 8-12 tomorrow and she will put notes so I am the first pick up.

Tuesday.....I wait until 945. Call the centre again. Get the same lady. Ask where the truck is. She calls dispatch and then comes back on the line to tell me "they tried reaching you but your number isnt in service". Why do you have to call me before coming if there is a scheduled pick up time???? My number worked for the 3 other people that called me that morning. 4 hours wasted waiting Monday. 2 hours wasted waiting Tuesday. I am not normally one to leave bad reviews but I am extremely frustrated.

They got horrible attitude and do not want to solve problem.

I used the service on 2016. Firstly, I specifically told Stephanie do NOT proceed the order until I signed the waiver, and we did not know exactly which date will start using their service. One of a sudden, they charged the money before I signed to give the permit to use my business credit card. Secondly, the bin was deviled to the location before I made my decision which date we were going to start to use the service. I do not even got a phone call from the driver. Their company shouldn't issue my service anyway without proper document. Then I called the customer service, their attitude were horrible, they do NOT think they were wrong, or offer any kind of solution, the only thing you can do was saying since the bin is there, you have to use the service After negoiation several times, it takes months to get my money back.

the 310 dump truck is just leaving my garage now. Jordan and Brett were fast, effective, and got the job done well. Where there was a five year old pile of old branches, couches and dead lawn furniture, there is now a nice bit of my lawn back to the way it was before. I recommend using their services, and will call them again if needed. Excellent Job

Today, Matt and Brett came to my yard to clear away some renovation and construction debris. Brett was the first one I talked with and he explained the pricing and every that went into it (spacing, measurement etc.). Matt then introduced himself and explained the process of how they were going to clear away the debris. Both Matt and Brett were very professional and polite. I was extremely satisfied with the price they gave me and the hard work they completed in a very efficient and timely manner. Thank you very much for providing such great service!

I recently used 310-DUMP for the second time in two years. This latest experience was as pleasant as the first. The arranging of the bin rental was handled professionally and quickly. I was able to arrange everything over the phone and via email. The bin arrived on time and was picked up promptly when I called with that request.

Awesome customer service. Got a bin dropped off with short notice thanks to Stephen. Job got done however I recommend paying for the extra day as scheduling may limit the time you have on the day of pick up.

I am roofer.I did use the 310dump few weeks.Was busy for summer. After that I check my credit card. I found It is very expensive. They charge hidden fee.The price was different to they promise before u use them. And The bin was far away from the house. The service was not good. I am not recomment this kind of service at all.

Right from the beginning I knew I was dealing with a professional company. The service personnel in the call centre are second to none. Great communication right through the whole process. Polite, knowledgable, timely responses. You could not ask for more.

There are cheaper options around. I know I checked. However at what cost? I will always pay a bit more for service like this.

Used on behalf of my work. Matt and Jordan came same-day to do an estimate. One of them talked too much and one of them was quick and to-the-point. Brett and Jake came to do the removal and it was on time and very quick. Difference between estimate and billed amount was nominal. We will definitely be using their services for all future junk removal.

Timing could not have been better. Called in the morning and they came same day! Quote was very reasonable as we had a lot of stuff. Matt was extremely rude to me and my family. on top of that he took a good 20 minutes to explain everything to me he repeated everything a good 10 times. please talk to him he s not good at what he does he needs to be fired!!! i do not recommend this service at all!!! also not to add they showed up in a old rusty truck that is at least 20 years old super unprofessional.

Nothing but problems with these guys. Careful for signing a contract with them for commercial, its for 5 years and if you break they will charge a huge penalty, just like Direct Energy in the old days.

Also if your bin is on a schedule to be emptied and it falls on a stat (which they don't tell you what day it is scheduled), it is your responsibility to let them know not to pick it up that day (if behind a closed gate), they will charge anyways

Oh and they tack on other charges, like fuels surcharge and enviro charge. I dont get the enviro charge, its their job to take garbage to the dump

Amazing, FAST service. Called them around 12:30? They were here by like 3:45/4 pm, gave us a quote that was cheaper than we expected and then loaded up without an issue. My sister and I were helped by Matt, Tyler, and Jake and definitely super grateful for their friendliness and also how effective they were. This was my first time using this kind of service, and I will most definitely call them again if I need to do so later. Such a smooth process, honestly, thanks!

I had a poor experience with this company. I ordered a 15 yard bin. I sent pictures of the area and measurements of where the bin was to be dropped off. The day before delivery Stephen Donnelly, the sales manager, emailed me to say the area wasn't large enough for the bin and changed my order to a 10 yard bin. I didn't agree to accept this smaller bin. The 10 yard bin was sent anyways. The drivers', Ivan and Jake, both agreed that there was more then enough room for a 15 yard bin. I called Stephen again to explain this and he said "he will take care of it and call me back". There was no call back. 4 hours later I called back and asked to speak with his supervisor. Lee Ping, the controller, called me back and gave me a discount for taking the 10 yard bin because a 15 yard bin was no longer available.

just like any other big company this one will surprise u with a massive bill after they haul away the bin. Dont fall for the 10% discount ,they will make up the money one way or another.

I don't normally do reviews how ever in this case I will. I work for a company called Cast Steel Products. When I came to this company they had no garbage pick up system in place. I reached out to three different company's out of the three only 310 got back to me with in a decent amount of time being almost same day. The others one contacted me two weeks after my request for a quoted and the other never contacted me at all.

When I was working with 310 I had a very nice sales guy by the name of Grant Katzer. He worked with me and helped me even with all the hoops we had to jump through was able to help me get my bosses happy and sing a one year contract that so far has been great. The price was really good I have the bin size I need.

Yes there are other charges but anyone in a commercial business will know about them they are basic charges. Fuel and environmental charges all transport companies charge them. And they are not an unreasonable amount.

Customer service is great with them and so os price.

We rented a 15cuyd bin outside of Edmonton. Setting up the drop-off and pick-up with dispatch was easy.

First of all no matter who I talked to on the phone from this place, they were all pleasent and helpful. Good start. When the guys arrived to grab the junk they were also excellent to deal with and had the stuff in the truck and gone fast. And finally and most importantly, the quote they gave was what I paid....actually it was 60 cents less. The point is what I paid for is what I got. I would recommend.

First time using a junk removal company and I was so impressed with 310-dump. They showed up on time, were very professional and even met the competitors pricing. Matt and Jake were and absolute pleasure to work with as they were professional and constantly checked in with me on my satisfaction during the removal. It was not a happy time for my family, as we had to dismantle the home that my mother has lived in for 65 years. She is 95 and we now have to put her in long term care. We booked one day off, because we all work, to empty the house. When I booked the bin we needed from 310 Dump I was very adamant that we would need it from 8:00 a.m. in the morning until 6:00 p.m. that night. We had to get the house emptied in one day. I told that to TWO different people when I ordered it. I was assured that the bin would be there on time and was given a cost for same. SADLY the bin did not arrive until 1:00 p.m. (5 hours LATE) because apparently one of the girls forgot to tell the dispatcher when it was to be there. We had to move the items TWICE which caused us double the work! We were not happy at all with the service we got from 310 Dump. They are NOT DEPENDABLE, PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT OR RELIABLE as their Website dictates. Thanks 310 Dump for being fraudulent and unable to DELIVER!

I was on the phone this morning and have had talked to a customer rep called Stephen. very professional and kind, also knew what he was doing exceptionally well. I was quite impressed, especially as a veteran of in the customer service field myself for years (I am an property manager), I understand to have this kind of level of service will need both personal effort as well a strong culture of caring for any business as a whole.

Although this particular job are still going through our regular quote process as per our standard, I do feel the gentleman on the phone with me, as well the company as whole, deserve a big thumbs up and keep up the great work! I used them to go through my home and get rid of junk. They showed up right when they were supposed to and when I was done they were there the same day to pick the bin up.

Do not order from these guys. Hidden fees which made it double than what they initially estimated. We called them only because they serviced weekends but hindsight, probably should've just waited a couple more days.

Today Brett and Braiden came to our yard to pick our spruce boughs. They were polite and kind and efficient. They were excellent workers. Above that they explained pricing and measurement and spacing that all played into pricing. I was very satisfied with the price and work. Two very very nice young men.

Set up an appointment on line one day, dispatch called me the next to say Tyler and Brett would be at my residence within 25 minutes. Both Tyler and Brett showed up on time, both were quite pleasent, very respectful, and very professional. The costs for service were disucssed with me, They got the job done in record time with absolutely no concerns, I would hightly recommend this service for anyone who needs to have items removed from their home or business.

This was an easy way to get rid of yrs of build up of stuff. Easy peasy, make the call they drop off a bin, you fill it and call them when its full. Awesome service and friendly staff. Very good sustem and no wait time for drop offs.

Our experience with 310 dump was less than ideal. We originally agreed upon a price and after the cheques had been written, they told us that we had to pay an extra 150 dollars. My grandpa is 80 years old and they had him sign for something he had no idea about, and failed to inform us over the phone that these extra charges were due. On top of that, they delivered the second bin to the wrong garage, and only after numerous calls did they correct the mistake. Hopefully your experience is better than ours, and thank you for taking the time to read this review.

When you hear about nightmare companies to deal with this is it. Just look at all the reviews and buyer beware. Not only do they try gouge you for every dollar hidden in the fine print if you even have the nerve to question them they are rude and stand offish. Plenty of competitors out there to these folks

The dispatcher I spoke to was incredibly polite, welcoming and informative. The gentlemen that came out to remove our junk were informative and true to their word quoted us the "high end" of what it could cost, and it ended up being less. They were also super polite. Would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

This company seems to think that it's own advertising preferences are somehow greater than the wishes of the homeowner. I have I sign that clearly states that I don't want flyers left at my door yet I come outside to see a flyer for this company hanging off my door. Just for the simple disrespect of my wishes, I won't ever use this company in the future. Too bad, lots of renos on this house this summer and I was just looking for a company to rent a dumpster from. Maybe GDL will have smarter people working for them...

We used 310-DUMP to remove some large items from our home. We needed to dispose of 3 couches, an electric Organ and some smaller items. The gentlemen that came to our home were polite, professional and courteous. They were careful not to hit the walls, or to damage anything else. The job was done within a reasonable amount of time and were we quite happy with the whole job. I would highly recommend 310-DUMP.

We hired 310 Dump for their junk removal service. They were able to come to two of our properties in the same day! We have nothing but good things to say about the guys who showed up and the people I dealt with through dispatch. Brett and Tyler were professional, efficient and did an amazing job. They did a whole truck load for us in under two hours! Worth the price. They saved us about 8 truck loads to the dump. I highly recommend this service. Thank you so much guys!

There were three large TVs to dispose of from three levels in our home and the two guys took care of them efficiently. We highly recommend the company and would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

The staff at 310-DUMP were very helpful and courteous. I was unsure of the size of bin I needed and they were able to help me over the phone to pick the right one based on the description of what i wanted done. It ended up being perfect. The delivery man for the bin was great and made sure there would be no chance of damage to my garage pad for the unloading/loading of the bin. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Ian was fantastic to deal with and the service was great. During our initial call he explained ALL the charges that I would receive (my bill was actually less than quoted) and we set up for the bin to be dropped off 2 days later. The dispatcher called to make sure where I wanted the bin placed and a quick email after it was full got the bin picked up the next day.

Got an appraisal and phoned 1 week ahead of time and made an appointment....they gave us a 4 hour window and said they were not busy.
Never even called us to let us know... Very dissatisfied and dissapointet to waste a Saturday!! Never will hire those guys again!!!

I am very pleased with Brett and Jordan who arrived in the early part of the scheduled time window on the morning of Oct. 26th. I had a lot of different materials to be removed such as tree trimmings, the remains of an old deck, leftover reno materials, old furniture etc. They made quick work of loading everything into their truck even when they thought it might not all fit after their initial assessment. In Brent and Jordan s words they fit all the junk in the truck like blocks from a Tetris game, I was very relived that they worked hard to make sure nothing was left behind.
