2D Basement Waterproofing

I recently hired a basement waterproofing service for a project at my home, and my experience left much to be desired. While they arrived on time, the crew seemed unorganized and lacked clear communication. It often felt like I had to chase after updates rather than being kept in the loop.

The work itself was done, but the quality didn't meet my expectations. I noticed some areas where the waterproofing could have been applied more thoroughly, leading to lingering concerns about potential issues down the line. It’s frustrating to invest in a service with the hope of resolving a problem, only to feel uncertain afterward.

Additionally, their customer follow-up was minimal. After the job was completed, I reached out with a few questions and didn't receive a response in a timely manner. Overall, this experience was not what I hoped for, and it would make me think twice before recommending them. 😕
