As a frequent shopper at this company’s sample sales, I have to say I have mixed feelings. On one hand, their selection is always on point and the discounts are amazing 💸. However, the organization and crowd control can be a nightmare. The lines are often chaotic, and the staff seem overwhelmed. The lack of fitting rooms can also be frustrating. Despite the great deals, the overall shopping experience falls short. If they could improve their logistics and customer service, it would make a world of difference. But for now, it’s a bit of a hit or miss.
