College Park Communities Trust

Honestly, I'm not really impressed with College Park Communities Trust. The customer service is lacking, and the management team is unresponsive to complaints. The maintenance crew does a sloppy job and often needs to be reminded multiple times to fix things. I would not recommend them as there are better options available.
