1st choice, llc

Just figured I'd stop by and leave a review. I have been in the same placement through 1st Choice for a couple of years now and I haven't had any issues. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Thank you, 1st Choice for giving me this opportunity.

I was referred by a friend that was working at 1st Choice at time who told me that would find me a position, and I called the next to day and was greeted by a professional and pleasant person who told directed me to the right person so that I could inquire about any positions that fit my skill set and they directed me in what my next steps was in securing a position. After passing all the online assessment test I was contacted by 1st Choice for my first interview and two days after that I got a call for a phone interview with another client and within 30 minutes of my phone interview, 1st Choice was calling me back stating the client wanted to hire me for the position and I was ecstatic with the news. After arriving I was greeted by the President of 1st Choice to check in to see how things were going and I can really say I appreciate that level of customer service.

They call you and drop the ball. Was contacted three days ago no email of confirmation no assurance of submittal and the conversation was generic and uninformative PLEASE FIND ANOTHER like insight global Office team or Sparks group. They seem to only have one client and which seems odd if they are a recruiting company try better and you get better.

I currently work for 1st Choice and so far it has been great. The support is awesome, the work environment is great and I love what I do so this company is a perfect fit for me. I'm grateful for the opportunity.

Was sought after by this company and treated very well. They put you in prime assignments and give you the tools to succeed. There is training and complete buy in by 1st Choice towards its staff., The owner and CEO pays personal visits to assure that you are adjusting well as it is not only about the client but about the talent as well. I applaud the support that I receive.

My experience of working with 1st choice has been exceptional. From initial contact until Myron successfully placed me into administrative role. Upon interviewing Myron reassured me that he would do his best to place me with a reputable company and a competitive salary and that's exactly what he did. The CEO of 1st choice, Ms. Bell treats us very well and she also does pops ups at the assignments to ensure everything is running smoothly. 1st Choice is the best staffing company I have worked for and I highly recommend the agency to anyone seeking employment.

I was contacted by a recruiter from this company because I submitted my resume for the data entry/call center position on zip recruiter . Fast forward was set up with an interview with the project manager and supervisor for the client they were working with. Interview went. Was told by the project manager after the interview I would be contacted by my recruiter. The interview was almost a week ago have not heard anything from my recruiter or Mr Garrett. I emailed him on Monday the response from him was he hasn t heard any feedback from the client regarding my interview and will contact me when he hears something. Was never contacted I emailed him again Tuesday still no response. I called my recruiter twice no response! If I could give zero starts I would have. If you can avoid this company at all cost please do. My thing is how do you set up an interview with a client, then never hear anything back from the agency regarding the interview

I've been with 1st Choice for more than couple of months now and I enjoy working with the team. Everyone is so professional and helpful. I feel like I'm not only a part of a team but a big family.

I have been employed by the 1st Choice corporate office for just shy of a year now. I started in HR and have cycled through every department, which is a true testament to the opportunities for growth within this company. I now work in Business Development and I have learned so much. I've nurtured great relationships with my colleagues and the associates we serve and overall enjoy my job.

Looking at the history going 3 years back and I see the experiences are still the same. I saw the post, applied and was emailed by the company.....The End. No response to my voicemails or emails and no one ever seems to be in the office. I give up on this company.
