The staff went above and beyond, setting up a cozy spot by the gas fireplace with a plush bed, a welcome sign, a tennis ball, stainless steel bowls, and treats. Declan even decided the tennis ball was his permanent possession and hid it under the bed! Every time we passed through the lobby, the team greeted us with genuine warmth. Plus, the location is unbeatable, right in the middle of the harbor front. We are already counting down the days until our next trip back to 16 Bay View.
