Zobtree is a new age venture aimed at disrupting "Referral Recruiting", leveraging social media. We aim to help companies scale employee referral leads by easing the process for the stakeholders involved i.e the candidate, the referrer or the employee, and the company. We believe there is huge untapped pool of highly relevant candidates sitting in employee’s network. Intend to solve two problems. Firstly, to reduce the information gap that currently exists between any job-seeker and his social network, and allowing him/her to seamlessly seek job referral requests from his friends. Secondly, to reduce the friction for an employee to internally refer a friend.
