Zesty Kitchen is a story of two friends, who have been eternal travelers, coming together with a shared passion for authentic food and vision of making culinary jewels from across India available to all. It is a result of realization that the food they ate in Kerala, Kashmir, Goa or Kolkata or many other places they visited, had a lasting impression on them, but they could never find it elsewhere, leaving an unfulfilled yearning.
